About Binstock Sprouts

I’m always learning: new research, new approaches, new ways to support the families I work with. It’s part of who I am. Every child is different, and I love finding creative, evidence-based strategies that make a real difference in their daily lives.

At Binstock Sprouts, therapy is a team effort. You know your child best, and I’m here to bring tools, perspective, and support to help them grow. Together, we’ll build a plan that fits your family, and we’ll make sure that it feels doable, realistic, and built for lasting success.

Learning never stops here

first things first

Therapy should meet children where they are; in spaces that feel safe, familiar, and fun. That’s why I focus on home and community-based OT. Working in your child’s natural environment makes carryover easier, goals more achievable, and progress more meaningful.

I’ve worked in clinics, schools, and through telehealth, but being in a child’s own space allows me to truly tailor therapy to your family’s needs. This way, I can focus on what matters most: helping your child build confidence through play, curiosity, and connection.

I take a play-based, child-led approach in every session. We move, we sing, we explore, and we get messy… while developing essential skills for regulation, feeding, coordination, and independence.

Progress doesn’t have to look rigid or serious. Sometimes it looks like a child laughing through a game that builds strength, or proudly trying a new food for the first time. Every activity has intention behind it, and every win (no matter how big or small) matters.

Play is serious work

most importantly

I’m a wife, mom of two, and a lifelong learner both in and out of the therapy room. Like many parents, I know the balancing act of raising kids while managing the rest of life. I’m also neurodivergent, and both of my daughters have their own developmental differences. That lived experience gives me deep empathy for families navigating unknowns. I understand the worry, the hope, and the joy that come with each new milestone.

Outside of work, you’ll find me with my family or friends, cooking, playing tennis, or doing Pilates. I’m a total foodie and love trying new restaurants… although these days, that usually means sharing bites with little hands.

I hold advanced certifications in Ayres Sensory Integration (ASI) and am both SIPT certified and trained in the Evaluation of Ayres Sensory Integration (EASI), which is a comprehensive tool for understanding how children process and respond to sensory input.

These credentials required hundreds of hours of specialized coursework and hands-on practice. This deep training allows me to design individualized interventions that support balance, coordination, attention, and emotional regulation — always through engaging, play-based activities.

Specialized Training in Sensory Integration

I’ve been a licensed occupational therapist for nearly a decade, holding both my Master’s (MA) and Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of children and families build skills that make everyday life feel easier, calmer, and more connected.

Before starting Binstock Sprouts, I served as the Director of Occupational Therapy at a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic for more than six years. My experience spans clinic-based, in-home, school, and telehealth settings, with each setting shaping the flexible, well-rounded approach I bring to my work today.
